Naylor Association Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivational Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 sales representatives focused on new business development within our Careers Division, targeting employers with potential for our Association partners.
This role is ideal for a people-first sales leader who is passionate about growing talent, building winning sales habits, and helping reps reach their full potential. In addition to driving new revenue, your primary focus will be to train, mentor, and elevate your team, ensuring they have the tools, skills, and support to exceed performance goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and operations to ensure your team is aligned, energized, and executing at a high level.
