Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in outside sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry or related sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills: Strong ability to develop and present sales presentations, build rapport with C-level decision-makers, and close deals effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to manage pipeline, opportunities, and client relationships.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, driven to achieve sales targets, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • This is an outside sales role that requires regular travel to meet with prospects and clients within the healthcare sector.
