The Integrated Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans for our most strategic association client projects. Leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and pipeline generation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive monetization revenue growth. 

Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive revenue growth and build advertising pipeline for Naylor's association clients. 
    • Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to inform audience targeting. 
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, project management, and account managers, to define campaign objectives, messaging, and tactics for marketing our clients’ publications. 
    • Create compelling content and marketing collateral to engage target audiences and drive lead generation. 
    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, scheduling, segmentation, deployment, and performance tracking using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo. 
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement. 
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with association clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive mutual success and long-term value. 
    • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in integrated marketing, digital marketing, and association management, and proactively share insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients. 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus. 
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing, preferably in a B2B or association management environment. 
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including content strategy, lead generation, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation. 
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and achieving revenue targets. 
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. 
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients. 
    • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
