Naylor Association Solutions, a leading provider of integrated communications and non-dues revenue solutions for associations is looking for a dynamic B2B Social Media Intern with our Corporate Marketing team. This exciting role not only offers practical marketing and analytics experience but also specializes in curating and amplifying our executive team’s presence across various social media platforms but primarily LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

    • Develop LinkedIn content and engagement strategies that align with B2B marketing best practices.
    • Manage the LinkedIn presence of our executive team, ensuring their profiles exemplify best-in-class B2B thought leadership.
    • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to strategically target and cultivate relationships with potential B2B clients and partners.
    • Analyze LinkedIn campaign performance and adapt strategies for optimal lead generation and engagement.
    • Assist in creating content that highlights industry insights, company milestones, and thought leadership articles for promotion on LinkedIn.
    • Stay current with LinkedIn features and trends to apply the latest B2B marketing techniques and optimize our LinkedIn strategy.
    • Coordinate cross-functional projects that leverage LinkedIn for B2B marketing efforts, ensuring consistency with our corporate brand and objectives.

Qualifications

    • Minimum 3.0 cumulative college GPA.
    • Prior experience or demonstrated interest in social media marketing, especially within LinkedIn.
    • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and best practices on social media, particularly in a LinkedIn context.
    • Skilled in creating professional, engaging LinkedIn content that resonates with a B2B audience.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure engagement and effectiveness of LinkedIn marketing strategies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to B2B interactions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of producing LinkedIn-compatible graphics and presentations.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
