The Account Management of Member Communication and Careers Secondary or small Target accounts that have been historically under Market Development. The accounts that Jr. AM would manage require more care and direction than the current Customer Success Manager can provide. Additionally, Jr. AM’s added administration can lead to more upsell potential.   

Responsibilities

The Jr. Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our smaller association partner accounts. This role is responsible for proactive engagement and management of partners in the form of strategic relationships, business consultation, and contract retention all while delivering outstanding client service and satisfaction. In addition, they are expected to grow into a Director of Partner Development where they can assume larger accounts, develop new revenue-generating or engagement opportunities and cross-division product integration.  

Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field, preferred. 
    • 2-4 years’ work experience in a professional setting is preferred 
    • 1 year client relationship experience is preferred. 
    • Must be highly computer proficient with experience in MS Office applications. CRM system experience a plus. 
    • Possess proven and demonstrated verbal communication skills, including clear verbal articulation capabilities in all client interactions. Must be able to successfully interact with all clientele management and operate with the highest-level customer service. 
    • Must possess strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle demanding deadlines, multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Must have strong demonstrated writing skills; particularly must be able to write effective, professional emails and other forms of written business communications. 
    • Demonstrated accountability in achieving personal and company goals, objectives and deadlines both strategic and financial, and all key metrics and performance indicators. 
    • Travel is required, approximately 20%.
