  • Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic professional looking to provide excellent customer service to our medical specialty client groups. The ideal candidate would have a bright, friendly disposition and demonstrate the ability to handle a variety of tasks. This newly created position supports company growth and offers potential for career advancement within a growing client services business. While this position does have reception responsibilities, the primary focus would be to provide client callers with solutions for their inquiries. Strong customer service skills are essential, with the ability to recall or adeptly reference a large amount of variable information for 70+ clients.

    Responsibilities

    1. Receive/answer incoming requests
    • Answer multiple phone lines and assist callers
    • Provide clients with solutions via phone/email, transferring all calls, and respond to voicemail
    • Carefully screen calls to ensure all are business related
    • Take messages for associates who are not available to speak
    • Ensure follow-ups are being provided for clients that are waiting on assistance
    • Take dues payments, meeting registrations, membership applications, and information updates
    • Email/fax receipts, CME credit and publication requests
    • Respond to all inquiries submitted electronically through individual society websites
    1. Reception
    • Sit at front desk and manage reception area
    • Receive and distribute all incoming deliveries to their recipients
    • Ensure all visitors have scheduled appointments
    • Greet WJW scheduled visitors
    • Let associates know when their scheduled guests have arrived

    III. Assistance in all departments

    • Typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
    • Special requests as needed

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • BA/BS in related fields.
    • 2-3 years of experience in general office administration or recent graduates with 3.75 or greater GPA
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and multi-task on several projects at one time.
    • Ability to work well independently; self-starter.
