    Fast-growing, established association management company seeks part-time general office help in the afternoons. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Coordinating Meeting Supplies and Attendee packets (i.e. materials, badges, other communications) and packing boxes
    • Making copies and facilitating in-house printing jobs
    • Organizing supplies (ordering, unpacking, stocking) and keeping stock/file room in order
    • Ordering gifts, bags, merchandise
    • Create FedEx Labels/keep records of tracking info
    • Unpacking after meetings/distributing documents to office staff
    • Shopping for in house meetings (i.e. Costco runs)
    • General office administrative tasks (i.e. filing both electronic and manual)  
    • Position requires a small amount of physicality such as lifting (up to 40lbs) and bending.


    2+ years office experience, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, etc.)

    Ability to bend and lift up to 40lbs
