The Group Publisher has the overall responsibility of managing the relationship with Naylor’s association partners and the association’s project(s) and managing the sales process for each project for the Group Publisher’s portfolio. Responsibilities include managing existing Naylor Association clients by providing outstanding customer service, resigning expiring contracts, and developing new streams of revenue through the signing of additional services and product lines; maintaining the overall profitability and revenue growth of each project assigned by driving revenue to meet and exceed sales targets and keeping expenses in line in accordance with corporate standards and objectives, while ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position also supervises and oversees the success of a team of Advertising Sales Representatives.
