    We are currently seeking Finance Interns to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Gainesville, FL. This is a paid internship with the opportunity to work up  to 40 hours/week during the summer semester and up to 25 hours/week during the fall semester. The internship will last at least two semesters (including summer) and is open to undergrad (junior- or senior-level) and grad students enrolled at local accredited universities.

     

    Our interns gain practical experience/skills via on-the-job training, work closely with senior leadership in analyzing financial results and preparing internal and external reporting packages. 

    Responsibilities

    • Aiding in preparing a weekly financial reporting, including company-wide Cash Flow reporting, solution-specific reports, and monthly financial packages
    • Analyzing business solutions to uncover trends and opportunities
    • Assisting with transition to new budgeting and reporting software package
    • Assist with preparation for 2019 budgeting process
    • Fielding internal and external ad hoc analysis requests

    Qualifications

    • Must be actively enrolled at an accredited local university, majoring in a related area such as Finance, Econ, Business or similar, with current GPA of 3.0 or above
    • Strong technical and organizational skills in addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
