The Digital Edition Specialist position is responsible for the creation, proofing and distribution of digital edition magazines in an effort to drive online revenue goals. In addition, the Digital Edition Specialist will be a resource in providing digital edition reporting and troubleshooting support for our association clients and internal project teams. This position reports directly to the Manager of Online Customer Support while also taking direction from the Supervisor of the Online Project Specialist team and the Digital Edition Manager, and as well as providing support to our project managers and Group Publishers as needed.
