The Vice President of Content will have two main areas of focus. First, it will oversee the Content staff and services; second, serve as a liaison between Content and other Member Communications departments, primarily Production and Sales.

In keeping with the above, it is essential that the Content VP and the Content team have a customer service focus, understanding the importance of Naylor’s association, advertiser and relationships with other Naylor Solutions and internal departments.
The Content VP should also demonstrate an ability to understand and articulate customer and company goals, develop/maintain important internal and external relationships, participate and/or lead ongoing efforts to improve Content team processes and content quality, adherence to deadlines and other best practices. Finally, the VP of Content should serve as the primary voice of the Content team to Naylor senior management.
