    We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team in Gainesville, FL to manage and support multiple processes related to human resources policies, procedures and programs, for all U.S. Naylor locations and remote employees.   The primary responsibility of this position is to provide supervision and direction for U.S. human resources staff and oversee all U.S. HR functions, including: HR administration, HRIS & personnel records, employee benefits, employee relations, engagement, health & safety, EEOC, policies and procedures, employment law and employee labor law matters, and regulatory compliance.  May also supervise recruitment and/or retention personnel and/or responsibilities.

     

    This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and Employee Development and supervises a team of department employees.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.                     

    • Manage HRIS and personnel recordkeeping/compliance
    • Manage timekeeping processes and system (ADP). Work with the Payroll Department regarding employee pay matters.
    • Manage all benefits programs, including plan setup and employee open enrollments
    • Manage employee relations matters, including positive employee relations, employment-related legal matters, and regulatory compliance
    • Manage pay and classification administration process and performance management processes
    • Ensure appropriate employee health and safety conditions and compliance with all OSHA regulations and reporting
    • Provide leadership to Talent Acquisition and Employee Development teams as necessary

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field preferred; Associate degree in business or related field required. 
    • Certification as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) required.
    • 5+ years of experience in human resources including 2+ years of experience managing HR programs
    • ADP HRIS/Payroll experience preferred
    • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Must enjoy working with people, be able to help them, and demonstrate a strong attention to customer service.
    • Possess the capacity to work comfortably and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization from entry-level to senior management. Should be a “self-starter”, with a high degree of initiative.
    • Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
