We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team in Gainesville, FL to manage and support multiple processes related to human resources policies, procedures and programs, for all U.S. Naylor locations and remote employees. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide supervision and direction for U.S. human resources staff and oversee all U.S. HR functions, including: HR administration, HRIS & personnel records, employee benefits, employee relations, engagement, health & safety, EEOC, policies and procedures, employment law and employee labor law matters, and regulatory compliance. May also supervise recruitment and/or retention personnel and/or responsibilities.
This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and Employee Development and supervises a team of department employees.
